Job Title: CE | Environment Steering and Health Engineer

Your Responsibilities:
1. Establish the environment, energy system, OH system (ISO14001/ISO50001/ISO45001/ECMS/ELCA) and regulation to be localized.
2. Conduct the environment and OH 3 simultaneities reports. (pre-assessment/design chapter/final assessment/current condition assessment).
3. Conduct energy use assessment report, energy audit report, clean production audit report and carbon verification report.
4. Set up environment KPI target and CUEP target. Follow up the environment KPI and track the CUEP measures quarterly.
5. Collect and analysis the environment & energy data and report to VGC.
6. Waste management. (Define waste classification/ disposal process/site inspection/register information in government system).
7. Conduct regular environmental monitoring and maintain the online environmental monitoring device.
8. Supervise the prevention maintenance implement of environmental facilities.
9. Formulate environment emergency plan, prepare emergency materials and organize the drill.
10. Organize the occupational health check. And establish occupational health management archives.
11. Define the environment & OH training plan and organize the training.
12. Conduct occupational hazard factor site monitoring annually.
13. Define the PPE standard according to production process. Conduct the type selection, purchase, distribution and assessment of PPE.
14. Communicate with local government and deal with environment, energy and OH relevant inspection.
Our Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in environment, chemistry engineering or other related major.
2. At least 2 years’ environment protection related working experience in a multinational company and preferably in the battery industry.
3. Strong sense responsibility and principle.
4. Strong logical analysis ability.
5. High sense of responsibility and work ethic, can handle several tasks in parallel.
6. Willingness to learn and further develop.
7. Team player spirit.
8. Well developed communication skills.
9. Proficient in English or German.
10. Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint).
11. Holding National Registered Environment Assessment Engineer will be a plus.
12. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
13. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
